This is you

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for conceiving, commissioning and managing our so-called upgrade modules that extend the life of our touchscreens.

The client is committed to sustainability and has ambitious goals in this area. Extending the lifespan of our products is an important part of this. In order to achieve this, we have developed our screens in a modular way, whereby the touchscreens can be upgraded during their lifetime and users can use our touchscreens for at least 10 years with pleasure and in a safe manner.

From this role, you will work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales and service, to ensure that our upgrade solutions meet the needs of our customers and strengthen the competitiveness of our organization.

• Identify and analyze market and customer needs related to the longevity of touchscreens;

• Develop a product strategy for upgrade modules that improve the functionality, performance and durability of our touchscreens;

• Collaborate with your P&I (Product & Innovation) team colleagues to integrate new technologies and features into upgrade modules;

• Manage the entire product development process, including specifications, design, prototyping, testing and production;

• Develop product positioning and messaging strategies in collaboration with the marketing team;

• Collaborate with the sales and service team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction;

• Track market trends, competitive analysis and customer feedback to identify and implement product improvements.

Your background

• At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as computer science, technical business administration, engineering or technology;

• Proven experience as a product manager or similar position, preferably in the electronics or technology industry;

• Knowledge of touchscreen technologies, displays and related products is a plus;

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages;

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;

• Experience with project management and working in cross-functional teams is a plus.

• Initiative, results-oriented, responsible and able to perform under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
