Salary range: € 4.200 - € 5.200,- excl. 8% holiday allowance

Our client is a lighting wholesaler and manufacturer of innovative LED Lighting, located in light city Eindhoven. A young, dynamic and ambitious company with a passion for professional lighting. Our target group consists of (electrical) installers / (sub) contractors and (lighting) consultants. We provide our target group with professional lighting.

Because of the flat organizational structure and short lines of communication, employees are given plenty of opportunities to grow and help achieve organizational goals. In this growth process, HR guidance is needed to develop management skills. Currently, the organization has about 35 employees. With targeted growth in the coming years, it is time for an HR Manager who loves building a growing company with great potential in a dynamic market! Are you the hands-on HR Manager we are looking for? If so, we have a great challenge that we would love to take on with you!

• Together with the management, you will map the current organization and shape and implement the HRM policy plan;

• Are the first point of contact for department managers and business partner for the management;

• Coordinate the job creation, compensation and appraisal cycle;

• Coordinate staff schedules and provisions;

• Ensure reinforcement of company DNA and Employer Branding;

• Take charge of and actively contribute to the coordination of the recruitment and onboarding process;

• Together with the management and departmental leaders, ensure continuous training and development of the team;

• You will build a strong HR policy for the long term.

Your background

• Are an experienced HR professional with at least 5 years of experience within the HR domain;

• Can multitask and switch smoothly between management and staff;

• Have a helpful attitude towards management and colleagues but keep things sharp;

• Are well organized, accurate and have an eye for detail;

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing;

• Preferably you have a relevant HBO or WO degree;

• Live within a 15km radius of Eindhoven.
