Our client is a lighting wholesaler and manufacturer of innovative LED Lighting, located in light city Eindhoven. A young, dynamic and ambitious company with a passion for professional lighting. Our target group consists of (electrical) installers / (sub) contractors and (lighting) consultants. We provide our target group with professional lighting.
This is you
As a Marketing Manager you will have a lot of freedom to improve our labels every day. We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical all-rounder who is energized by everything that has to do with marketing. You will work strategically, tactically and operationally to constantly improve the company's results. You will set up the marketing department together with the owner of the company and can continue to grow!
Setting up/developing, implementing and coordinating marketing campaigns (online and offline);
Online marketing activities coordination such as SEO, SEA incl. measuring, analyzing and improving results;
Content production and coordination with external partner for all channels ;
Managing our websites from A to Z of our websites and B2B order portals;
Managing and challenging one or more marketing agencies; Working closely with sales, engineering and procurement colleagues to optimize the customer journey;
Marketing automation, Hyper personalization, ROI, ROMI, ROAS facts based marketing, podcast, video marketing and much more.....
Your background
At least 1 year of experience within the marketing field but above all intrinsically motivated to become a marketing boss!
A completed college education towards marketing, communication or multimedia design;
Creative and entrepreneurial attitude with an eye for detail;
Structured and good organization and planning skills;
Flexible work approach and working according to plan-DO-check; Excellent oral and written command of the Dutch and English language;
You have obtained a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably within Marketing Management, Business Administration Management, or Multimedia Design;
Live within a 15 km radius of Eindhoven.
