Paid Ads

You know it, every day you receive advertisements and commercials, both on LinkedIn and in the mail. You are bombarded with discounts and people pay ads to tell you how good their service or product is. But how great are you really?
Membership Recruitment does not believe in paid ads. After all, we believe in a service that is always competitively priced. That's why we grow over 100 followers a month on LinkedIn thanks to organic growth.

How is Membership Recruitment successful for your organization?
Well, even before we went live, we conducted thorough research into employment agencies in the Netherlands. Many ask between 25 and 30% success fee based on gross annual salary excluding 8% vacation allowance. For SMEs, these amounts can be high. That is why SMEs often depend on their own network, such as family members and friends. And when someone finally works for your organization, they are approached every day by headhunters for a new opportunity.
For SMEs, this is killing. Projects fail, problems for your customers are solved less quickly. And in the meantime, the bigger players eat your company.

Our mission
Membership Recruitment believes in a success fee only after the candidate has completed the trial period.
What does that mean? When a candidate has finally "said yes" to the role and your organization, the candidate is still extra vulnerable to other opportunities.
We guide your organization and the candidate through the questions of help.

How does Membership Recruitment operate?
Membership Recruitment has a large network. Every week we place content within different groups on various channels. Because we do this, we are quickly recognizable for your target group, even for those who do not yet know us.
When working together, we work efficiently and headhunt the candidates in your region. In addition to the CV, you will receive a profile sketch so that you can get to know the person behind it.
