When you start at a new employer, the trial period is always very exciting. You are curious to see if you will fit in well with the new team and if your work fits the needs of your employer. Membership Recruitment mediates until the end of your trial period. Therefore we have made an overview of what might help you get through the first month.
A little overview
Always arrive at the office on time. 10 minutes in advance.
Be proactive.
Ask questions, even if it's not about your area of expertise.
Take notes.
Always be open to feedback. When colleagues give you tips, it means they want to make you better and possibly even learn from you!
