Within Recruitment, Communication is key. Membership Recruitment has a proactive approach and we are a constant link to market demand. As an organization, you are constantly looking for professionals. As you noticed, the job market is scarce with available professionals, mainly in software engineering, ethical hacking and the High Tech industry.

This year we stopped working with a company. The communication was so problematic that it could cause us damage in the network over time. When we looked again at Membership Recruitment's mission statement, we drew conclusions.

If you are an organization struggling to attract professionals, here is a brief overview of what you within your organization.

  1. Do what you promise. In other words, practice what you preach.

  2. Make sure lines of communication are short. Within three business days, respond to an applicant and your Recruitment Partner providing a suitable candidate.

  3. All stakeholders involved in the selection process follow the same storyline about your organization.

  4. A maximum of two people from your organization conduct an interview where notes are taken.

  5. Conducting an interview takes up to 1 hour for a candidate. Are you working without a recruitment partner? Then always make interview reports.

  6. If a verbal offer is made, it follows up within 5 business days.
