This is you

As a Product Specialist at our client you are the liaison between our Product & Innovation department and the Service department. When there are new developments in the field of IT and our products, you make sure that our service team is aware of them. You are ready to support and guide your colleagues with the more complex issues, so that they can help the customer quickly and efficiently. In addition, you provide input for the creation and updating of documentation and manuals. You reproduce errors and come up with appropriate solutions. So you will not get bored easily!

• You are the in-house product specialist for the entire product lineup;

• You are responsible for writing and maintaining the technical documentation for our dealers, service centers and end users;

• You are flexible and don't mind helping out on the helpdesk when needed;

• You are the technical bridge between our Product & Innovation department and the Service department;

• Together with your colleagues you ensure that our help center is up to date with the latest information.

Your background

• HBO working and thinking level;

• A good dose of IT/Network knowledge:

  • Experience with Windows and Android environments. (Mac OS a plus)

  • Familiar with basic network protocols

• Interested in delving into Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions (MTRs);

• Command of the Dutch and English language in both word and writing;

• Ability to effortlessly translate customer needs into a requirement for product improvement;

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;

• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
