A new year, a new entity.

Having had the opportunity to work for various organizations for at least 6 years, I have learned an immense amount in the field of HR and Recruitment. During my work in finding new talent for the organization, I noticed that recruitment agencies wanted to work with us for high percentages. Of course the job market is scarce, but that does not mean that percentages between 25 and 30% are acceptable.

With my passion for Recruitment and Human Resources I have chosen a new step in my career. I am starting for myself! With my new entity Membership Recruitment, I focus on organizations between 10 and 50 FTE. In recent years I have noticed that organizations not only need help when it comes to finding new talent, but also struggle with questions such as, "How do I retain staff and how do I ensure that we achieve the highest possible result with the minimum of resources?"
