Software Developer (Senior)

Location: Istanbul

We are looking for a driven Software Developer who is responsible for translating designs into code. As a Software Developer you will work closely with a UX designer and other Developers for the best results on multiple projects.

In your role of Software Developer, you have:

• Responsible and independent implementation of web designs taking into account performance on speed, user-friendliness, display on different devices and understandable code.

• Experience in coding in Vanilla JS.

• Vue.js, Nuxt.js is a plus.

• Documenting the code where the implementation does not speak for itself.

• Writing tests for critical components of the code.

• Reviewing code where points of attention are indicated.

• Tracking website performance and troubleshooting.

• Taking initiative both within the field and within the company.

Someone who can actively contribute to problem solving and collaborative tasks within their department, but also interdependently with departments outside their own. You remain detail oriented and can work well independently. You're also flexible and open to development and feedback, but confident in your work.

What you need

• A completed Bachelors- or Master’s degree.

• 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Have good technical knowledge of frontend languages and frameworks.

• A strong level of independence and a sense of responsibility.

• Can express yourself well in English and Turkish.

• 32 to 40 hours availability.
