Inside Sales Representative
Location: Eindhoven Area
Salary range: € 2.500 - € 3.250,- excl. 8% holiday allowance

Our client is a lighting wholesaler and manufacturer of innovative LED Lighting, located in light city Eindhoven. A young, dynamic and ambitious company with a passion for professional lighting. Our target group consists of (electrical) installers / (sub) contractors and (lighting) consultants. We provide our target group with professional lighting.
This is you
Are you our future account manager / relationship manager who will proactively serve regional clients? As an Inside Sales Representative you manage a group of customers. You do this by proactively servicing customers and growing within organizations with account plans. At the same time you also contact new customers in your region and do not shy away from acquisition. You are a talented relationship manager with a long-term vision and you are quick to take action.
You help clients optimally and do not lose sight of commercial interests. You are proactive in informing your clients about new techniques, solutions, staying relevant and in their top-of-mind. You do everything possible to sell our products to clients together with our target group. Together with your colleagues, you work on our mission to become the preferred supplier for lighting. Proactively maintain customer relationships through phone, email to increase sales within DMUs (80%).
This involves introducing new products to customers, holding project meetings and staying top-of-mind with customers;
Support our resellers with quotations, calculations;
Follow up on quotations and lead projects;
Acquisition of new customers and project acquisition;
Supporting field sales with planning of commercial activities;
Monitoring the interests of customers;
Growing into a technical commercial account manager and professional lighting consultant / lighting partner.
Your background
Have good communication skills and are not afraid to make contact with customers;
Customer-oriented, flexible attitude and are helpful;
Are accurate and have an eye for detail;
Very eager to learn and pick up things quickly;
A high degree of stress resistance and are solution oriented;
Preferably have experience in a similar position at a wholesale organization, hardware store or lighting specialist (not required);
You preferably have experience with electronics products, lighting or building materials (not required);
Gained experience in a service-oriented environment;
Good understanding of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
Have a relevant MBO or HBO degree, preferably in the direction of electrical engineering, sales, account management or commercial economics.
At least 1 year of experience or have enormous talent/ aptitude for this position;
Live within a 15km radius of Eindhoven.
