Project Manager (Junior)

Location: Istanbul

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Project Manager. As Project Manager you are the first point of contact for our customers and thus the business card of our company. When a customer wishes to make customizations to their technical processes, you come into the picture as project manager and guide them with questions of both technical and planning perspective.

• In consultation with customer you coordinate hours.

• You are able to give head-to-tail explanations of the project.

• Works closely with Product Owner and Senior Developers.

• Accurately checks products before delivery.

• Plans, delegate and coordinates the sprints.

• Provides feedback to Developers.

• Is open to feedback and self-development.

What we are looking for

A forward-thinking and focused individual who doesn’t shy from a challenge. Someone who can actively contribute to problem solving and collaborative tasks within their department, but also interdependently with departments outside their own. You remain detail oriented and can work well independently. You're also flexible and open to development and feedback, but confident in your work.

What you need

• A completed Bachelors- or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing or Software Engineering

• 1 year of relevant work experience as a Project Manager

• Have good knowledge in work methods like; Scrum, ITIL or Kanban.

• A strong level of independence and a sense of responsibility.

• Can express yourself well in English and Turkish.

• 40 hours availability.
